Work done at Tendril Studio for the Huawei Pocket 2 launch event.
I was one of the Tech Leads on this project, responsible for researching and developing the shader with the parallax effect for the back of the phone. This effect is a signature design choice of the product and an unusual shader effect. Two other artists and I teamed up to test different ways to replicate it, and here’s the final look of it.
I also worked on the overall look development of the phone and the camera unit.
